The Speeds
In Speed, a Los Angeles police officer (Keanu Reeves) stops a maniac bomber from ransoming an elevator full of people for millions of dollars. But the villain has a new plan: he plants a bomb on a bus that will explode if it is moved faster than 50 miles per hour. Officer Jack Traven (Reeves) must keep the bus moving quickly to prevent the explosion and get away alive, encountering one perilous situation after another as he tries to stop the madman from getting what he wants. There are frequent crashes and car chases, as well as violence including a deadly stabbing to the head, a decapitation, and a bomb activation that kills several people.
